Complete use of this app is available with or without a WiFi connection. An auto-SYNC feature allows the application to work seamlessly in WiFi dead spots.
Supervisors will be able to access equipment information for all buildings and mechanical rooms for which they are assigned to manage.
In addition, some other great features include :
- Perform inspections reports, equipment tests and create/update repair reports.
- Access to the mechanical rooms document library to assist in managing the equipment within the room. Documents can consist of PDFs and short instructional videos, among many others.
- Receive push notifications as well as emails for required inspections and/or communication from supervisors based on settings on a per user basis.
- A web version is accessible from a web browser at any time.
